The comfortable way for people who attend trade shows regularly. Mindnote is our iOS and Android app with Meetim fully integrated. Before the event you create a new 'Event', and then: point the camera at the card, speak for 20 seconds, move on to the next conversation. Meetim handles scanning, transcription, lead scoring, and tagging automatically in the background. Contacts land in a live feed you can check any time during the show. In the evening you open the end-of-day digest, see your hot leads, adjust the follow-up drafts, and send them with one tap. And months later you can find any contact via voice search: "Who at DMEXCO was in the fashion space?"

How it works

    Before the show: tap 'New event', enter name and date
